Michelle Bondesio – Conference Coordinator

Michelle is a creative entrepreneur, writer and consultant with a background in communications and project management. For over 20 years she has supported diverse projects in both South Africa and the UK.

After studying Journalism, she cut her teeth in the film industry on music videos for James and Groove Armada, and TV commercials for brands such as Holsten, Dove and Max Factor. Mich has since worked across creative fields, writing for and managing design, digital and marketing projects, most recently assisting Jonathan Ball with a new web writing project and helping Ed Matthews-Gentle arrange the FOM Conference Events.

She’s has also coordinated corporate and incentive events and CSR projects for multinational companies. This led to the opportunity for her to build a pre-primary school in a disadvantaged area of Cape Town.

Driven by curiosity, learning and experience, her focus now includes habits, wellbeing and behaviour change. Mich runs Growth Sessions workshops that support creative thinkers and teams, writes about wellbeing and has recently started teaching online. She also pens a monthly article for the Do Lectures publication on Medium called ‘Do Contribute’.

Fascinated by design, digital and creative arts, she loves being immersed in vibrant environments and working with creatively-minded people. When she’s not experimenting on herself with new behaviour change techniques or making videos about ways to activate potential, she’s out walking the hills of Lancashire, snapping pics for experiments (which end up winning competitions), or doodling simple ideas about the opportunities that life has to offer us.

Catch her on Instagram or Twitter, or helping out at the  Festival Conference events. Do say hi.
