Mo is founder & CEO of IN4.0 Plc and Co-founder of INFORM Education.   He’s a serial entrepreneur taking ventures from start up to scale and sale.

A Board Member of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership leading on schools and future skills.  He is Chair of the Greater Manchester Careers and Employability Board.  Awarded Enterprise Advisor of the Year 2017 by the Careers and Enterprise Co.

Chairman of the Blackburn with Darwen Local Strategic Partnership for 5 years, helping to develop and launch the BwD Prosperity Plan.

Mo has an MBA , is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute , a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Co- founder and Vice Chair of TET a Multi Academy and Free Schools Trust, operating some of the most successful schools in the country. Two of the Trust’s Blackburn schools have been ranked 1st and 3rd of all schools nationally for tow consecutive years.
